AWARDS HIGH KARATE RANKS

At today’s online meeting of the ITKF Shihan Kai Committee, a unanimous decision was made to award higher karate ranks to distinguished members of the ITKF.

International Honorees:
• Katsuya Ishiyama (Venezuela) – 10th Dan
• Dr. Vencislav Nedev (Macedonia) – 10th Dan
• Chris Mance (South Africa) – 9th Dan
• Miguel Vega (Peru) – 9th Dan
• Dr. Dejan Nedev (Macedonia) – 7th Dan
• Dr. Aljosa Nedev (Macedonia) – 7th Dan

All recipients are renowned karate practitioners, instructors, coaches, and athletes who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of ITKF and traditional karate worldwide.

The official awarding of certificates will take place next year during the ITKF World Championship in Slovenia.
